Arakai Estate's Premium Whole Leaf Green Tea from the late spring, summer & early autumn harvests.

This tea can be steeped up to 5 times.  We recommend trying without milk or sweetener!

Brewing instructions for 'Premium' Loose Leaf Green Tea

For 1 - 4 people, use approx. 5g of tea (3-4 teaspoons), add 200-250ml of water at around 85-90℃.

Don't have a temperature-controllable kettle? Just boil 1 L and add 100ml of cool tap water to drop the temperature down to approx. 90℃

We recommend:

• First steep to be 30 seconds

• Second - 45 seconds

• Third - 1 minute

• Fourth - 2 minutes

• Fifth - 3 minutes
